Recycle Cindy And Her Sunflower Purse

Isn’t this a great looking bag?  It’s made from Plarn, yarn made from recycled plastic grocery bags.  I love the idea of crocheting with found or recycled materials so this really fits the bill.  I love the handsome sunflower that Cindy crocheted and added to her pretty bag.  She’s got a free pattern for you to follow to make your own plarn Sunflower Purse.

You are guaranteed to like other projects on Cindy’s blog where she shows all the wonderful things she’s made from recycled yarn, plarn, tarn (tee shirt yarn), VCR tape, and other items that might otherwise find their way to the landfill.  Why not use throw-aways to create wonderful items for yourself or others?  I love that idea!
