When I had kids in the binky stage, I wasn’t a crocheter. I used a diaper pin (can you even buy those anymore??) and a length of elephant cord to keep the binky from being lost. No one wants a fussy baby in need of a missing pacifier! I like this clever idea. It works up quickly and is very useful. Thanks to No Lobos and her crafty blog, anyone can reproduce this binky holder for her own tot. Choose an easy care yarn in a happy color. Make some for your friends too! The blog is in Spanish, and contains a link to obtain her pattern.
And, while we’re on the subject of babies/tots, Sher has created this happy little hanging rainbow that will delight your little one(s). I can see several of them hanging like a mobile over a crib or dangling from a rod in front of a window. Sparkly yarn would be fun too! As usual, Sher has an easy to follow tutorial so you can crochet your own little gem.
Because tots are so darn cute, you need to add to the cuteness by crocheting a pair of these for your favorite tot. Pick just the right button to match your favorite yarn and you’ll have the perfect footwear for a boy or girl. Tots delight! Get the free pattern and tutorial here. So quick and easy – and cute!
