The cover of this Crochet book, promised a collection of modern and trendy accessories that I knew I couldn’t wait to try out.

Upon opening the book, I was pleased to find a wide range of projects to choose from – fancy hanger covers, dish towel trims, oven mitts, and more. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, with helpful illustrations to guide me along the way.

Although I haven’t had the chance to tackle any of these projects yet, I can already tell that they will be quick and enjoyable to work on. Thread crochet can sometimes be a bit time-consuming, but these designs seem perfectly suited for a beginner or a seasoned crocheter looking to add some quick and colorful flair to their collection.

In short, the Leisure Arts Quick Thread Projects Crochet Book is a must-have for any crocheter looking to add some modern and trendy accessories to their repertoire. The patterns are enjoyable and easy to follow, and the end results are sure to be stunning. I can’t wait to start on my own projects from this book in the future.

 

One particular trend that I’ve noticed in recent years is the popularity of crochet coat hangers.

It’s offered as a free download on their site, which is always a nice little bonus when you’re in the mood to start something new without first talking yourself into another paid pattern.

My overall take? If you enjoy free crochet blanket patterns, bright cotton yarn projects, and blankets that feel a little bit fun and uplifting, this one is worth downloading and having a look at. It has that easy “ooh, that would look lovely draped over a chair” appeal, and honestly, those are often the patterns that jump the queue ahead of all the sensible ones.
