My friend, Ronnie, crocheted me this really nifty bag that is JUST the right size for me to carry a few files back and forth from the office. It’s a pretty bag that she crocheted tight enough that it doesn’t need a liner. A couple people have asked me about it, so I decided to see if I could find a pattern like this one (which I’m pretty sure came out of Ronnie’s head).
I ran across this very attractive crocheted briefcase that I had to share with you.
The pattern is simple and can be found at:

As an alternative to the crocheted straps, add-on straps can be purchased at stores like Hobby Lobby or removed from a decontstructed bag from the thrift store.
The shape of this bag is just like the one Ronnie created for me. It protects the files and provides me an easy and stylish way to transport them. My protein bar, water bottle, and walking shoes fit nicely in the bag too. Just about perfect!

Very attractive bag. Your friend did a great job. I know this is not a picture of the bag but I am sure it is just as lovely. Now you can travel in style.
