These are just a few of the many wonderful crochet pictures on Flikr.  Hubblegirl has a focus on jewelry.  I have made her broken china pieces in the past, but never thought to combine crochet with the china and paint.  I really like the finished effect her work creates.  This is a fairly easy technique that anyone can use to join crochet and jewelry.

Momwithahook is clearly full of whimsy.  I’m no hotdog fan, but hers looks almost good enough to actually eat!  Maybe this is what picky toddler eaters need to stimulate their taste buds.

Dailystitch has clearly mastered the art of the diagonal.  I’m particularly drawn to diagonal crochet.  Have no reason why – except that I like things to be symmetrical – but a little ‘off’.  I think diagonal crochet soothes my spirit for some reason.  I like this crocheter’s combination of yarn and stitch to create something extremely practical.

Finally, Ninnystitch has created a unique pair of earrings.  What I like about this is that I could use her idea to create a pair of earrings to match EVERY item I crochet – every sweater, scarf, cap……  Now, that’s cool!

Pattern Review: Georgie Granny Square Bucket Hat Crochet Pattern
