This free pattern is hopefully all there, as it took some time to find a pretty one that I hope you will like. These would be perfect for a yoga pant or a swimming cover up.
There are not too many patterns out there where the holes are not giant. Giant holes mean you can see your butt.

I can’t find the pattern in either Etsy or Ravelry.
It sort of looks like a vintage pattern if you screen shot and zoom in you can get the sts pattern then follow another pants pattern using this st, just adding more sts to make them loose with lots of positive ease.
That’s what I’m going to try.
