MORE AMI

February 22, 2011 by jd wolfe

February 3, 2011 in our calendar marked the Chinese New Year.  Following our Ami Ami theme this month is this charming Chinese inspired ami.  It’s unique, attractive, and comes complete with pictures and instructions.

So many crochet artists are jumping on the ami bandwagon.  It’s all the rage!  The more the merrier, I say.  Let me know what you think, please.

I am addicted to making ami’s and always have yarn and hooks in my purse! And I just recently shared my first free pattern on my blog 🙂

There’s something so joyful about stitching flowers into your crochet—and this Flower Blanket Pattern from HiCrochet captures that feeling perfectly. It’s a vibrant, petal-filled project that feels like wrapping yourself in a blooming garden.
