June 12 will soon be here! That day, MADE Studio in St. Louis is hosting a remake, refashion, and revamp party. The cost of admission is a bag of clean used clothing and $5! Once you’re there, you’ll hang out, swap clothing and ideas, and create some fresh new items upcycled with the help of their on-site experts and equipment.
What does this have to do with crochet, you may ask. Well, I plan to go, sew up some goodies like place mats, a vest, or a wristlet, bring it (them) home and embellish them with crochet. I might actually take along with me some of the small crochet motifs I have on hand that I’ve made over time and never used.
