I’m not offering this Giveaway on my blog, but wanted to let my readers know about it. Despite the press (ahem..), this will work nicely for crocheters as well as for any other needle artist. Check out the details and links below to enter the Giveaway.
Crocheters can win an LED light by commenting how their proposed gift recipient would use the hands free light. Each blog is hosting a separate giveaway. The giveaway features the Beam N Read LED 6 Deluxe Hands Free Light with 6 LEDs in a row shining an extra bright and wide light.
The Beam N Read LED 6 Deluxe Hands Free Light lights up personal space anywhere – a chair, car, plane, or even in bed. The extra wide light is especially useful for quilting, knitting, and crochet. The extra bright light is also helpful for aging baby boomers and others who benefit from brighter light for reading, caregiving, and other activities. As a reading light it works with eReaders such as the Kindle and Nook, printed books, and newspapers. For mobility, it leaves hands free walking in dim or dark places. The extra long battery life makes it ideal as a mobility and task light during a power outage and for travel and camping.

This would be a fabulous gift for my husband. He makes toys for our grandkids and there are so many times when the intricate work is hard to see. If I win, can’t wait to surprise him with this!

I could really use one of these. At 70 shadows cause me trouble.

For myself, who crochets with fine threads needs good light. I’m not quite 70 yet, but my readers glasses are up to 4.00 nowadays and bright light for us older persons is a must have. Perhaps Santa will bring us both one.
Any of my friends could use this light. Good light is a must for any person doing any type of needlework.

I cold use this for my 94 year old mother who loves to do fancy work.
She was using a lamp we bought her a few years ao but it is no longer working.
It would be nice to finally give hr something useable instead of the books and sweaters she usually gets.

This is a fab must have. It is on my OH PLEASE list. I was on a ferry boat and watched a lady knitting away with one of these for assistance. It was incredible.
What a wonderful gift. Thanks for the opportunity.
Blessed Thanksgiving
Cheers

I do crocheting for hospice and they request darker colors for the menfolk. This would sure help me see those stitches!
