The Blog Administration recently made some changes in the way we editors write and manage our blog entries. I discovered several valid comments sent in by readers (you!) and have released them for publication. I apologize for the lack of timely management of these comments. The good news is that the Administrators had managed to keep 85 totally inappropriate comments from being posted, resulting in a total of FIVE that were appropriate! Don’t you wonder who these bottom-feeders are out there who want to prey on totally ‘innocent’ and unsuspecting bloggers and their readers???
I want to keep this blog dedicated strictly to crochet. The Administration has single-handedly made that possible. But, if yours was one of the comments that was delayed for publication, please accept my apologies. I’ll be more aware of this situation in future.
Now, let’s get our hooks and yarn (or thread) out and get back to crochet!

Hi jd, these are my favorite hooks too! They are essential for designing because when I have to do marathon crocheting for a deadline, my hand would cramp up after awhile if I didn’t use these Clover hooks.
I also managed to find a set of thread hooks, I think it was from “Angelika’s Yarn” on the internet. I love the thread hook set also, and the little steel covers are helpful, but I wish they would stay on better. They easily jiggle off and I feel lucky that I haven’t lost any yet.
I haven’t yet had a brown spot come off so now if it happens, I won’t be shocked.

Hi
Just want to tell you that I love crocheting. Everyone I know has gotten an afghan one time or another. Even the cats!! I have one particular book that I think of as my bible. It gives me all the stitches that I’m looking for. It is so old(and I’m not revealing my age) that the pages are ripping. Good job on the site!!
