10 Crochet Instagramers You Need To Follow

January 24, 2025 by Shellie Wilson

Crochet inspiration has come a long way from the patterns tucked into old magazines and the half-finished blanket sitting in the bottom of the craft basket. These days, some of the most exciting crochet ideas are popping up right in our Instagram feeds — from modern crochet garments and colourful granny square projects to clever amigurumi, home décor, bags, blankets, and those “oh I could make that” designs that send us straight to the yarn stash.

If you’re looking for fresh crochet inspiration, new makers to follow, or just a lovely excuse to scroll through beautiful yarn-filled photos with your cup of tea, this list is a wonderful place to start. These crochet Instagram accounts showcase just how creative, stylish, and wildly versatile crochet can be. Whether you’re a beginner looking for easy crochet projects, a confident maker hunting for modern crochet pattern ideas, or someone who simply loves seeing what other yarn lovers are creating, these crochet artists are well worth adding to your feed.

Before you dive in, you might also like our roundups of quick weeknight crochet projects, free crochet patterns, and crochet bag ideas for even more hooky inspiration. Really not a great time to be promoting anything from Instagram. Surely these artists and more can be found on other platforms that aren’t into censorship and toadying. Ribblr, Ravelry, bluesky, pixelfed, etc.
