Does crochet count as exercise? If I carry huge bags of yarn to and from the car, is it weight lifting? If I crochet all night, is it endurance training? If I crochet AND knit, it is cross training?
Ok…. I’m being a bit silly. But, look what you get when you google crochet with some exercise terms. Makes me wonder!
