Sonia calls these cuties chickens. I think they’d pass nicely, maybe with a wee color change, as turkeys to decorate the dinner table for a Thanksgiving feast. I love most everything Sonia designs! While her blog is originally posted in Portugese, the Google translation is adequate, plus, Tania includes a nice chart for us to follow. You could add these to a doily you already crocheted, one your purchase, or to a table runner you make or purchase. Any way you present this, it is sure to be noted by all around your table. It would also make a lovely and quick hostess gift if you add some of these tiny turkeys (ok, I’ve decided they’re turkeys!) to a purchased place mat or table runner. What do you think? Wouldn’t you like Sonia to make one for you??
While you’re at Sonia’s blog, poke around and see all the goodies there if you haven’t visited before. She’s quite accomplished, very prolific with her crochet, and I suspect she seldom sleeps!

Sonia,
Since I don’t read Portugese very well, I asked Google to translate your message. This is what I got:
Actually, we can make changes and transform it into beautiful turkeys. I liked the suggestion … You are also right when he said he thinks almost no sleep 🙂 I really just sleep … I’m working on it … Again thanks for the reference …
Kisses
Thanks so much for writing and for sharing your designs.
