Crochet Up A Halloween Quickie!

Before you know it, Halloween will be here and the kids will demand last minute Halloween costumes. Don’t they always?? Here are some quickies I found online for you. I’m sure these will save the day!

Up top has to be one of the quickest – and cutest – Halloween costume ideas ever. Just work up some ears, put them on a headband, apply the easy make up, dress the kid in a black sweat suit and you’re done! On the website where you’ll find this pattern are others that will appeal too.

What boy or girl wouldn’t like to be costumed as a SuperHero? This pattern will have you working up a cape and mask in no time.

Ok. You don’t have to put this on the dog. He doesn’t look thrilled, does he? But, your little guy or gal would look much cuter. You’ve got a little over a month to crochet some costumes for your tykes. These ideas work fine if made ahead too. Imagine the relief of just having something in a drawer or the closet you can pull out to delight your kid when s/he asks for that costume twenty minutes before leaving for school on party day!

Super Cute Items! Love the puppy! He looks like the easy going type. I have a little reindeer hat for my little dog from last year. The sales are crazy after the holidays & I find more cute sweaters for him that he needs. Being a Chihuahua, I DON’T find any tiny things for crochet. I can always revise patterns. Thanks!
