With all the heat in the summer, I often switch to thread projects since they are often cooler to work with – not so much yarn in my lap.  I found this and instantly added it to my WIM list!  The pattern is a freebie.  Isn’t it a beauty?

    Yarn in fall and winter and thread in late spring and summer.
