NAKED TEA POT ALERT!

Wanted to let all my readers know about this competition. The folks Down Under never cease to amaze. I have family in Melbourne and long to visit. Not this year. Queensland, Australia bills itself as the Teapot Cosy Capital of the World! I like my afternoon tea, but I usually wimp out and use a tea bag in my coffee maker. Tea purists, please don’t throw rotten tomatoes at your monitors! After all, I’m just a Yank. What do I know about tea? I just like to drink it.

The tea pot cosy pictured here is just one you can see on the site. There’s a slideshow showing 44 different cosies. And, they are not all crocheted. Some are knit, some are sewn, some metalwork, etc. Inventive people drink tea!
