Northern Lights Knits – 8 Icelandic Inspired Projects

February 27, 2020 by Shellie Wilson

We couldn’t wait to share this new book by Leisurearts with you, loving the patterns!

I recently got my hands on the Northern Lights Knits book by Leisurearts, and let me tell you, I couldn’t wait to share my thoughts with you all. The book features eight Icelandic-inspired projects that are simply breathtaking. If you’re looking for a way to wrap yourself in cozy warmth while still looking stylish, then this book is definitely for you.

What I love most about the Northern Lights Knits book is the attention to detail that went into each project. From the intricate patterns to the color schemes, everything is carefully thought out to achieve the ultimate in stylish coziness. The book features patterns for a Gerda Pullover, Huldra Hat, Joost Pants, Betania Cardigan, Dagny Pullover, Petrine Cardigan, and more. All of the included patterns are rated Easy with the exception of one Intermediate cardigan, so even if you’re a beginner, you can knit your way to the Northern lights in no time!

I was particularly drawn to the Gerda Pullover and the Betania Cardigan. The Gerda Pullover is a cozy knit sweater that features a beautiful pattern inspired by the Northern Lights. It’s perfect for chilly winter days and looks great paired with jeans or leggings. The Betania Cardigan, on the other hand, is a classic cardigan that can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. It features a simple yet elegant pattern and is perfect for layering over a t-shirt or dress.

What’s great about the Northern Lights Knits book is that it’s suitable for all skill levels. The patterns are easy to follow and the instructions are clear and concise. Even if you’re a beginner, you can create stunning knitwear that looks like it was made by a professional. And if you’re an experienced knitter, you’ll appreciate the attention to detail and the opportunity to try out new techniques.

I highly recommend the Northern Lights Knits book. The patterns are beautiful and the instructions are easy to follow. The book is a great investment for anyone looking to add some stylish and cozy knitwear to their wardrobe. So grab a cup of tea, curl up on the couch, and get ready to knit your way to the Northern Lights!
