These samples don’t look so ‘alternative’, but some of the colors in the new Red Heart Line of yarns from designer Anne Geddis are a bit different. I’m particularly fond of the color ‘Ladybug’ AND the fact that there is a black yarn for baby. I believe there will be an abundance of ladybug babyghans making an appearance soon. The saturation of the some of the other colors is also an improvement over some of the blander colors usually designated as suitable for baby.
These yarns will also satisfy those who look for the lighter weight, easy care acrylic yarns for garment making. Any of these colors would make a pretty cardigan in my opinion. Make mine in the ‘Scooter’ yarn please!
BTW, I have no connection with RH or Anne Geddis other than being a fan.

JD-
Where did youget the yarn? On the RH web site it says not available until April 1, 2013. What was the cost? The yarn loks great.
Thanks, Barbara

I’m with you, I find the trend of more deeply saturated baby yarn colors so fresh and wonderful!
